Extra Space Storage

Having been several years since using a storage facility, I was a bit surprised by how Extra Space pricing can vary depending on the day one rents a unit. Prices had gone up significantly from what I had experienced in the past. Once I got over the sticker shock, I found the facility to be relatively clean and the work staff to be friendly and very helpful. I could not say that about many of the older, more familiar named storage competitors. Thank you, Extra Space.

I recently rented a storage unit at Extra Space Storage in St. Charles, and I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. Don was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly helpful in explaining the rental process and answering all of my questions thoroughly. He took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect unit size at a great price.
The facility itself is very clean and secure, which is a huge plus for me. I also appreciated the complimentary rolling carts available to use, which made it much easier to move my belongings in and out of the unit. The location is well-lit and the staff is friendly and professional.
Overall, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in St. Charles. They offer a wide variety of unit sizes and prices to fit any budget, and the customer service is top-notch

I have been there cosmter for a 2 years now and I had a problem with anything at this place of business here and they took care of it right then and now wow great people to yon have in your staffing awesome and the best place I had rented from bye far from thoese auther place but overall it is very nice to meet and do business with experience people who have the knowledge of the company thank you for a great job you guys know who you are keep up the good work ? ? ? ? ?
