I like the employees and how clean the place is. Having access to the restrooms is nice as well.

Location, location, it was so convenient. I lived in St Charles, MO. It was easy getting into the facilities and the beautiful surroundings is so extra! Love it!

The facility itself is nice but the management is hardly ever there and things happen when they aren’t. So then I call the office yesterday to update my information by phone and the assistant manager was LESS than nice. I couldn’t stand talking to her because she was so uncaring and rude. She’s the one who said she was coming to unlock the door so I could get in and never showed up. I don’t feel safe there either because security cameras don’t provide security people do! I’m disappointed in Extra Space with all their automation instead of humans on the premises.
