Extra Space Storage

Efficient! Shalonda was very nice and easy to work with! She responded to my initial calls and interest very quickly. Although I put renting the unit off for a month, she remembered me and we went forward this morning. I was able to see the unit, and take care of the agreement, checking that my gate code worked properly all in about 20 minutes. Shalonda is very knowledgeable of her property and business and answered all questions very clearly. She was very polite and helpful to my needs. (My only thought was the inside of the unit smells musty , but I intend to put two air freshener cones in my unit and I think that will be just fine, not a problem.)
Certainly the rate was a reasonable one.
