So I’ve had this place since June 2024 and there are mice poop everywhere on our furniture, clothes, on my one of a kind $60 mystery box that I will never get cause it was at comic con, the bottom of the box is soaked in urine and it’s not only at our unit it’s in empty ones, other peoples unit. They have black boxes outside and inside for mouse to get trapped in but do they even work. When u walk into the storage it reeks of urine and moisture but we haven’t had rain in maybe 2 weeks. If I would have known there have been mice problems I would’ve look at different place and with the winter coming who knows how many more mice are coming. It smelled like something strong died in our storage unit I kept throwing up we are throwing half our shit away If I need to take more pics to prove this then so be it cause I feel gross. I feel like I need a refund or a different storage unit

The Mid Rivers location provides a clean and welcoming environment for its tenants. Carlee was able to accommodate a last minute request, which allowed for a smoother day of moving/storing. Overall, I feel confident in housing belongings at this facility, and will continue to do so for current and future needs.
