Renter warning: DO NOT RENT HERE!! I have had a unit since June, went to swap items for fall and as soon as you walk in the building it reeks like urine. I went to my unit and there is mouse droppings everywhere inside, mind you my unit was tidy and organized, nothing unsanitary or filthy kept in it. I went to the front office the next day (they were closed on Sunday) and came across another woman in the same building as me with the same issue but said it’s the second time it’s happened. When I reported it to the manager on duty they said the District manager would call, they didn’t offer to come look at the unit or offer any solutions or apologies, she did mention they have had multiple complaints re: this same issue. I’m not looking for any items to be covered or reimbursed, but I’m appalled they didnt even appear to care nor did they offer a solution like we’re going to call pest control right now to come out today or let’s get your stuff to a new unit while we deep clean that one. I have heard nothing.. so renter be warned, it looks nice and new but customer service when there is an issue is null and void and the mouse problem is out of control.
I am definitely moving and would not recommend
