Edit: After 6 months of reaching out management, contacting the corporate 800 number, reaching out on their website, tracking down District Managers via LinkedIn nothing was done to resolve this issue. Finally I reached out to the Corporate Leadership at headquarters for this company and they hired a new District Manager and within a day had a temporary solution in place to fix the lights and within a month after that the light issue was fixed permanently. The new DM reached out to me personally and gave me his cellular number in the event I have any other issues.

My unit's hallway light has been out for over 2 months. I've notified the front desk, but nothing has been done. This is a safety hazard because you can't see in the hallway. Also, the door slams shut because the piece that prevents it from doing that is broken. It has slammed into me on numerous occasions. This is also a safety hazard because Ive been iniured by this door. When I try to call the facility, it connects me to someone in Washington state. She says that the Ring Central phone account is messed up and gets all of Warrentons calls. She's nice enough to email the store and get them to call me. Please get these issues rectified ASAP.
