Great customer service experience with the call center employee and the on site employee. Very helpful and understanding for a first time person renting a storage space. Units are easy to access

I literally never thought I'd give anyone affiliated with my mother's storage units 5 stars. I never thought I'd give even 2 stars. I got to work with Janessa and, unfortunately, she was stuck with the brunt of my anger. For two years we'd requested to be set up on automatic payment. Each time we were told it was handled and each month they'd charge us a late fee because they hadn't set it up appropriately. It got to the point that I took over for my 80 year old mother because it was just too stressful for her. Working with Janessa has been a breath of fresh air. Not only do I finally trust the problem has been addressed, but she was so kind, respectful, and never once made me feel like I was bothering her. Girl deserves a raise and then some! Thanks Janessa!
