Extra Space Storage

I decided to downsize my unit as I no longer needed that much storage, so I went in and talked to Shelby and she was extremely helpful and got me exactly what I wanted for my current needs. I found the establishment to be very well maintained, from the office to the grounds and the storage units. I would highly recommend!

I had an easy time calling their main number and being directed to a storage facility in the location I needed. She did a great job on helping me find the correct size we needed for an outdoor drive up. Customer service was great and the storage bay was clean and ready to go for us immediately.
The only thing we noticed and that was not mentioned to us, was a promotion for the first month of rent for free. We noticed they had a large digital sign that specifically advertises the free month. Now I have to call back to get clarification on why this promotion was not relayed to us.

I really liked the online entry deals. I'm lucky they have available the sizes I'm needing & looking for. Cean and organized facility grounds. As a courtesy while doing their morning lock check, they'll contact you if yours has been tampered with or the lock is missing. Sarah is professional, super helpful, kind, and polite. I like this place; I recommend anyone who wants to be in a great facility to come to Shawnee, across from Honda?. Update 7/6: Thank you, Matt, for the courtesy contact this morning and reminding me to secure my storage with a lock.
