The ladies that work at the location (Brandy and Joy) are super nice and helpful. Answered all my questions no matter how many times I called. The place is clean and I also liked that there was a loading/unloading dock. The other place I had did not. This really made it easier to unload the pick up truck. Also, I only have to enter a pass code once...not 10,000 times to get to my unit. And speaking of passcode; there was a hiccup with mine at first. I called Joy and she provided me with a temporary code so that I can move in. Later she texted me to let me know that my code was fixed. Great follow up. My unit was clean and ready with my key on move in day. Excellent service!
