Extra Space Storage

My experience at extra storage is very disappointing . THEY ADVERTISE with there cheap prices and 3 are 4 months later they UP the prices. I’m very angry with them at this point. And let’s not add Chris got very annoyed with me because I was trying to explain to him how I don’t understand stand how the price changes. I’m not at all excited bout the price changes every few months that’s not explain to you when you enter into a lease agreement.

Bailey was amazing and so helpful! storage location was clean and just what we needed.

Chris Smith is a rude unprofessional and unfriendly staff worker I believe he should be fired and I don't recommend anyone rent a unit from this location , I'm very disappointed in their services
