Extra Space Storage

I rented a unit at the Extra Space Storage on Norman C Francis & Earhart and it was a MUCH welcome move from my Public Storage unit on Tulane Ave. The gate hours were extremely flexible so I could access my belongings as needed; there was much less foot traffic, so it was much less of a struggle getting in and out of my unit; and there was generally always a cart to utilize. The manager Shuron was very sweet and walked me through a number of units before making my decision and she was a friendly smile every time I saw her on the property. I would highly recommend this location for all your storage needs.

The manager has been incredible from the beginning to now. I documented everything that was told to me about the previous unit and the current unit. I was told that my storage unit would be a specific price for 9 months because I moved from one unit that I had for four months to another promotional unit. However, the company did not notify me as they did before about the promotion ending, and a significant amount of money came out of my account, so I contacted the front office and was told that the promotion was only for four months; she pulled up everything and said the promotional deal was for four months, but I was told it would be nine months, I explained to her that’s the reason why I moved from one unit into this unit because of the nine-month promotional deal. I didn't need to move because of space, but I did it for the price and the nine-month promotion. However, she said she could give me a deal about sixteen dollars less than what the company drafted out of my account. I guess it was more of a misunderstanding, so she tried to help me the best she could. Thanks again!
