Dylin is always very helpful. She has the sweetest personality. She is always very friendly.

Been renting a unit since late September 2024. Suddenly in January my price goes from $68 to $125. I called the place and spoke with an employee who looked at my account and sounded dumbfounded that my rental price when from 57 to 114(plus insurance), effectively doubling my rental price. The employee could not explain why and acted just as surprised as I was. She attempted to lower my price and was only able to lower it by $18. I admittedly didn’t read the fine print and probably got screwed by it, but you would think the employee would be able to explain that but I guess not. It’s too much of a hassle to move storage places or units for a few more months so I guess I’ll deal with it.

I understand rate increases. But it would be a great idea to notify your customer of it and have your employees informed instead of everyone being confused. The sad part is I’m paying more than what your website claims that the “store rate” of the unit is, let alone the “web rate” being so much lower.

Very nice, well maintained and clean. Knowledgeable and informed staff, quick to assist you with questions or concerns alike. Very nice and friendly. I feel secure about my belongings being here!

I recently needed to rent a storage unit and was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Extra Space Storage.

Pricing was very competitive. I shopped around and found their rates to be among the most affordable in the area. The staff were incredibly helpful. From the initial phone call to the move-in process, everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable. The facility was clean and well-maintained. The unit itself was clean and dry, and the overall property was well-lit and secure.
