Extra Space Storage

I had trouble gaining access to my units. So I went to the office location on Greenwell Springs, so Gloria left her office. Then came to my units on Airline assisted me with moving in, tags my lock and even touched up the spaces. She is very kind, friendly and helpful!

Miss Gloria was amazing and very helpful. I’m a older gentleman so I don’t do a whole Lotta stuff online and digital stuff like that but I just want to thank Miss Gloria for her extra care to helping me get through this process.

Fairly enjoyed my experience this Extra Space location. Staff is friendly and very helpful from the time you move in to the time you move out of your storage. They assisted and answered every question I’ve ever had and went out of their way to make any request I’ve ever had or made be met. Mrs. Gloria is literally a sweetheart in the office.!! Her customer service and care alone will bring me back to this location if storage is ever needed again.
