Great Service!! Appreciate John So Much!!

Excellent customer service.

Initially I was very satisfied with my experience but unfortunately I had a horrible experience. I was in my unit and it was freezing outside (maybe I'm the low 20's or lower (snow was on the ground) I could hardly move because my hands hurt so bad!!
As I'm standing next to my roll up door two men roll up my door WITHOUT any announcement or knock or anything!!!!! It scared me more than I can say! The lack of common courtesy was VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and I asked 'what are you doing????!!!!' The older guy states that while I am in the unit I am to have my door half way open!!!!
Mind u my I it is only a 5'x10' so having the door up in those extreme conditions is not acceptable in my opinion. He then proceeds to inform me (rudely again) that is company policy. I was never told that prior to move in and it may be hidden somewhere in the lease but I was not able to find it myself. Yesterday was raining and because I actually went against my better judgement I kept my foot up almost half way and IT RAINED IN MY UNIT! Water came in at least 2'! So now I have to wash the clothes I am storing here!!!
Needless to say I am not happy about the way I was treated and I'm definitely not happy that I have to now pay to do laundry because of this ridiculous policy I was never informed about.
So obviously I will be taking my business elsewhere which is unfortunate because it was relatively close to my work and a bus stop which is why I chose this location in the first place.

John was very friendly, helpful and upfront helping us get our unit.
