Extra Space Storage

Haven’t had to rent a storage unit in a while. Just so happens I called the right business. You can rent and take care of all the contract paperwork over the phone but my phone had an issue. I called the number given and was immediately contacted by James from the storage unit where I was trying to reserve. Still my phone would not work as needed. James went the extra mile and figured out a solution. I talked to three different people and I must say all three were so helpful!! Need a storage unit? Call Extra Space Storage!

I just wanted to say Cody an James are awesome.. they told me their main priority was getting unit cleaned an rented.. but weather was horrible an they both said if you need an extra day or two no problem

James was amazing in helping me get my car stored! Simple process!

The Extra Space on South 51st Street in Tulsa was not in the condition I have come to expect when using Extra Space storage. Though the representatives were helpful and efficient the storage units I saw had a musty odor, which did not engender confidence in keeping my items clean and safe, and another had leaves in and a dead insect outside it. The cement paths leading to the units were cracked pitted. I decided to move to other storage. Please give some attention to upkeep and maintenance so I will be able to give a more favorable review in the future.
