My wife & I purchased a 10x20 unit online. The entire process took maybe 5-10 mins & was very simple. The rate was also reasonably cheap, at around $120/month. I went to look at the unit a couple of days after renting it & was impressed with the cleanliness. I don't think there was a single spider web in that unit. So far, it has been a pleasure working with Extra Space Storage.
