Extra Space Storage

Very very friendly front office and very easy to set myself up with a unit online/over the phone! Everyone is super helpful and getting all the info for my unit and instructions on how to access it was a breeze. When I entered my unit and saw they hadn’t left me a lock, I went to the front office and they gave me one right then and there as well as water! I’m sure after my prepaid 4 months is up the monthly rent will increase but that’s just kind of the name of the game unfortunately. Still a great place, in a prime location, friendly staff, clean unit.

I'm so glad I found this location. Customer service is a lost art these days, but it's such a breath of fresh air to have people like Brent here that simply Gets It. This gentleman was such a true delight to have mwt and worked with. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and a world class professional. Explained to me all my options and how the storage facility works. Gave me a pleasant tour of both the standard and climate controlled units. I will be a customer for years to come at this very location.
