Review:

Updated my rating from 5 to 1 having since moved out.
I was charged for an extra month and was told to wait and they would help me resolve it. Then was told a week later that too much time passed and they were unable to refund me. I recommend choosing a different storage company if you are able to avoid potentially getting overcharged.
