Extra Space Storage

My husband and I rented a unit here for two, almost three years and don't have a single complaint. Shelby, the property manager, was always a pleasure to chat with and kept us up to date with extreme weather that hit our area.

I would highly recommend renting a unit from here.

I cannot say enough to commend Shelly at this facility. She really went above and beyond in our move.

She allowed us to bring our trailer back to ensure it would fit, in the process of detaching the trailer the jack became disengaged causing the trailer to slam down and a pretty significant laceration to my hand. She quickly grabbed their first aid kit and helped out with wrapping up the wound. Once that was taken care of Shelly then offered her personal car jack in order for us to raise the trailer to engage the trailer jack. All of this happened at 6pm as she was getting ready to leave for the day but she showed compassion and grace when she didnt have to.

As for the property itself, it seems very secure and is convenient but tucked away. Go check them out for your storage needs and see how Shelly can help you… hopefully she wont have to play as a field medic again but im sure she would jump in if needed.

To the owner of this facility, you have an invaluable employee that really believes in helping others that a lot of people in today’s society lack. Her willingness did not go unnoticed and I commend her for her actions and great customer service before and after the incident.

Shelby’s customer service was outstanding and she met every need. I highly recommend this storage place, it was a very quick and smooth process.

I recently rented a space for my camper. The space was large enough but the bay door would not accommodate the width of my camper. Everyone I spoke to from the call center to the actual manager of this location was very kind and accommodating and made the process of getting a refund extremely easy. I wish it would have worked out! Very thankful to do business with a company that actually offers great service. That's not common anymore.

Extremely clean and safe property to store your things. Shelby was very helpful with gettimg me checked out.
