If you are wanting to rent from here get the insurance there's a chance mice will get to your unit and damage your stuff the 3 stars goes to the employee that informed me on the insurance when I actually went to the unit but I wish when I initially called the person I talked to basically didn't care that I had an issue

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF RUINED. This place is CRAWLING with rodents. Just came to grab my babies crib and everything we own is covered in rat poop. There is roaches too. Management is aware of the situation... They can't to anything because I didn't opt for the insurance. Even if I would have, my personal belongings would still be ruined. I would still be out all the money I've paid in rent so far. And all the money I have to continue paying until I can get my get my ruined stuff moved out. Very sad feeling knowing that everything you own has been destroyed in a place that was trusted to take care of my stuff. I came here as a return customer. Had no issues the first time around.
If you care about your stuff, this is not the place for you.
If you still decide to chance it, at least pay for the insurance.
