Extra Space Storage

I had an issue with my credit card and Bill took care of it quickly and professionally!

It's an ok.place a little dingy and needs a little pick me up. The girl there is new but very polite, only thing I didn't like was that they had a online advertising for a certain price storage. We were told that that was not the prices they had but a higher price. We went with it because my mom didn't want to bother arguing with them. I think if you're going to run a business that even though it's showing one price and you have a written one down. You need to go with what people are being shown, we didn't put up these prices but y'all did. I would have walked away but my mother wanted this done today. I didn't like that we were being argued even if not being rude about it but because of the fact that you have one price here that the public sees and you have a printed one in your office. You need to go with what customers are seeing just because this is your advertisement not ours, these are your mistakes unfortunately but you can fix them. So people aren't being scammed by price differences and you're inability or lack of wanting to work with a customer.
