Terrible customer service. I went this evening and unfortunately I was unable to get into my unit because my Apple phone did not have the latest update. So customer service told me if i didn’t want to update my phone then he couldn’t help me any further & disconnected the call. It was frustrating because i carried all my items and was unable to unlock the unit. This is not okay given that it was the evening and the only way to get in the unit. I do not recommend relying on only on digital access to unlock doors
