Got into the storage at 6 pm sharp and Trisha helped me because there was a problem with the unit and she was very nice and efficient in making the change. Super good customer service. Thank you!

Good facility overall. One of the elevators was broken when I was moving in. Be careful because the prices on the website when you rent are most likely introductory rates. My rate almost doubled two months after moving in. Seems like Extra Space has fully embraced the ERCI (Existing Customer Rate Increase) trend in the self storage industry. We'll see how long it takes before they raise the rates again.

Great storage facility. We did not have any issues or problems in the three years we rented a unit. Customer service was outstanding every time.

Sheila was amazing during my check out / move out process ! Even refunded the partial monthly payment since my unit wasn’t being used for the rest of the payment period. I know most companies don’t do that so I definitely felt like a valued customer. My duration of using extra space storage was great, no complaints. The facility is very clean, and all of my things were in the same condition when I moved them in. Definitely recommend if you need a storage unit in the college station area.
