Extra Space Storage

I just first spoke with a lady who has thought work for extra space. But turns out that she works for the call center. Her name is Ashley and I have to say that I couldn't ask for a more professional person to speak with. Add some issues while I was speaking to her on the phone not with her at my household. And she waited for me very patiently on 2 different occasions. And when I apologize, she said there's no need. And that made me feel really good about her. And the company she works for which is you guys Extra Space Storage and then Ursula, who works there as a manager she's. Tremendously helpful as well. I'm in a loss for words. You guys seem to have a great culture there. And I'm glad I chose you. Thank you.

Ursela is truly a saint! In every interaction with her it’s obvious she truly cares for folks! She is a breath of fresh air, and always goes above and beyond! She is, by far, one of the best CSR that i have ever come across! If anyone deserves a raise or bonus, it is Ursela!!
