Ron and Tish are the best representatives that a company could hope to have. These three were exceptional. They were professional, knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. Seriously. It’s unusual to find people behind the counter at ANY establishment these days who truly enjoy interacting with customers. Extra Space Storage has managed to do just that.
