Extra Space Storage

I’ve been out my storage for almost 2 years and they’ve been great to me. Anytime I need any help. They go out of their way to help. For instance, I needed to jump. I was stuck in the back of my storage. They came right away and got me going one time I lost the key to my lock. They came right away cut it off and they were Locks on the premises to buy so that I didn’t have to go buy another lock. Everyone has always been nice and And understanding and I do recommend them very affordable and I just want to thank you guys for your services

I chose this company because it was relatively affordable. Without any warning they added $84 extra dollars per month. I understand inflation, but to simply begin taking this money from my account without notification was not excusable.
