Extra Space Storage

I have been with this company for months but it was not until recently that I was really satisfied. Meredith initially put me up on the 3 rd floor next to the heating system and I thought I was going to pass out a few times. It was so difficult to downsize in that heat. Eventually I went to the second floor and as I was moving in I noticed it was pretty dark inside my unit. Then I noticed a light was out in the hall next to my unit. It took months to replace. I downsized to a slightly smaller unit around the corner but the door stayed up the first time I used it but only stopped half way down thereafter so I kept hitting my head. This is when I met Kayla. She was wonderful. She tried to hire someone to no avail, kept in touch with me, and got her toolbox and tried to fix it herself. It needed more work than she could do so she put me in another unit very close by and it’s perfect. She was the assistant manager then. Happy you made her the manager, she deserved the promotion. She is friendly, very attentive to customer needs and every time I see her she is cleaning, which I really appreciate.

Good security, friendly people. A bit out of the way but overall good experience!

Before moving anything in we upgraded to the next larger unit with the additional charge which we expected they charged numerous other fees to do the paperwork to switch units. Which he did right infront of us and took maybe 3 minutes. Then chose this facility because of the 24/7 access but constantly have the guy harassing me for trying to spend time going through my stuff that all got thrown into bags without any organizing. Trying to find my tools needed for work which entail basically pulling out everything I need to go through the put back after organizing my things. So unless I leave with everything out of the unit which they complain about leaving anything out they also come by and harass you for not leaving enough times through out the day. On top of not having anywhere to dispose of unneeded things is extremely frustrating and annoying. For almost $200 a month for a tiny space think they could afford a dumpster for some smaller items or atleast not drive by on a golf cart and harass you for not leaving enough times. They can see in going through my stuff only warming up in my truck. Disappointed in the constant harassment saying he’s not going to renew my lease plus extra $50 to upgrade to a bigger unit and not even have a small trash or outlets to run a small light. Last time I use this facility
