Linda at Extra Space Storage is wonderful! Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, she made the rental process super easy. She helped me at the end of the day without rushing the process and taking plenty of time to answer my questions.

If you don't care about your money, go ahead and rent a storage unit from these folks. They rope you into a $380 dollar unit to start out at and now for a 10 x 20 unit I pay over $600 a month. I just emptied it and canceled my storage really really sad, I wouldn't recommend them and if I could give a zero star, I would

The facility is everything they say it’s going to be. Very clean and well maintained. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because I just received a message in my mail that the rate was going to increase by over 60% for my next payment. That’s over $100 extra a month I have to figure out how to fit into my already tight budget - or I have to find an alternative place to put my stuff. That’s and my next payment is less than a week away so I’m already screwed for this month. They didn’t call, they didn’t email, they sent a little nondescript, unassuming letter in the mail assuming most people would throw it away. Cowards. Well, after this month they’re not getting any more of my money.
