Thank you for acknowledging my snow removal issue.

My husband informed me that the men's room urinal had been out of order for some time. Would love to see that fixed. The women's room was locked yesterday, among other days during normal business hours. Had to bring my young son into the smelly, unclean men's room.

I would give five stars because the storage area is always kept clean what I am most frustrated with is my $99 initial payment is now 149 which they keep increasing randomly without contacting me and I do not like that these increases are happening often!

Clean secure facility. Easy access and helpful staff.
