I just wanted to stop and give Anthony a shout out! We were clearing out our unit and Anthony went out of his way to be extremely helpful with the process. Unit was clean and secure. No issues with gate entry and very conveniently located.

Everything was going fine until, they seemed to be able to send me a text message every time they take money out of my account. But can't seem to send me one to let me know my bill is going to be doubled in price I went into the office and complained about the cost being doubled with no warning, the lady at the desk said she would drop it to $74. a month for me which is only up like $20. from what it originally was ,no big deal. However I was only charged $74.00 one time and it's been charged $98 ever since. Very frustrating seeing how my bank account has been overdrawn. Thanks a lot Extra Space Storage. And all of this with no warning..just up the price. Well I'm done with this place.
