When my mom and I went in and met with the assistant manager, Hilary, she was very patient and very much willing to work with us, showing us a few spaces to choose from as well, she also fixed our issue with the gate code too.
Later on Christian also worked with me on my late fee and was able to help me out with that.
Leaving the my storage unit, Alannah took care of the rest with no fees. Thanks so much for the outstanding costumer service!
