Extra Space Storage

Loving our storage unit at extra space storage. Auggie was more than helpful! He got back to me right away with a question I had. They have the best rates by far! Love the hours and convenience right off the freeway. Very happy customers!

I started using a storage unit here in 2022. I loved it. Clean, secure, affordable. Everything was fine. Then Public Storage bought it and over the next 18 months they raised the price is every few months to the point where I was paying almost double what I was paying when I first got my storage unit. You read that correctly! I went from my initial contract of $297 per month for a fully enclosed 12x40 unit to $555 per month in about 18 months. Nothing justifies an 87% increase in such a short amount of time. I finally screamed robbery and moved to another location. It just so happens that the storage facility was sold to Extra Space Storage right when I moved out so I don’t know how they will be but I highly doubt they are going to lower the rates.

Facility is clean, spacious, and accessible. Staff is very personable, helpful, and professional. Over five decades I’ve rented multiple storage units from New York to Texas to Alaska and Colorado and elsewhere in Utah. I have been the most comfortable with this one.
