Renting my storage unit was amazingly easy! It was done totally online. My lock was there and put in my storage unit. There is a code to get in and out. It feels very safe there. I would do it again if I needed to.

We had our stuff stored there for a few months. But with deaths and then cancer in our family, things got out of hand. Although I asked them for time to pay the owed amount, which was three months' worth, they auctioned my stuff, containing precious memories of the ones in my family who had died. They were rude when I begged them not to auction my stuff and did not care. They were so rude on the phone! I explained to them that I had items that were from my deceased loved ones and begged them not to auction them but give me a couple more months and I'd pay it. They said that they would auction what I had and whatever was left over I could pay for it. So, today, after finally getting some money, I called them to pay for what was left and they said...'there is nothing left.' Heartless people who only care about money and forgot their human side. I am very sad to have lost some items that were memorable to me and my family and cannot be recovered.
