They sent me a letter stating they are suddenly increasing the rental fee from $100 to $145 to account for 'inflation costs.' That's nearly a 50% increase. Disgusting bait and switch business. I wish I had read the reviews, now I have to rent another moving truck. Once I find a new unit I'll move. Please go elsewhere. **UPDATE: Since I wrote this they’ve raised it to $165, and I just got a notice that it’s going to $185. I’m moving out this weekend. What a pain.

I called today about the notice of rent being raised. I told them I couldn’t pay that and asked if there was anything they could do to help. She said she would talk to the boss and let me know what they could do to help. The gal called me back later this afternoon and they were able to help me out and only raise it a little. I’m soo glad I called and talked to them. They were so kind and willing to help.

I questioned the latest rate increase and they lowered it to the original rate.

Working with Kynlee has been great. I needed to replace a lock that was busted and she was more than willing to help in the freezing cold this last weekend.
