It has been a great pleasure having great customer service here. I can say without a doubt that on several occasions Marc Maughan has gone above and beyond the call for helping his customers. Received a notice my rate was increasing. Called in spoke with Mark, he was very accommodating and was able to lower my increase to a more reasonable amount. Very pleased with the customer service as well as the facility.

The rental process has been great. Great and courteous communication with attendants.

We got a unit in Bluffdale with Extra Space Storage and Marc was so helpful, friendly & informative. Really appreciate how easy he made it all!!
