Facility was temperature controlled, and felt secure.
Was never able to receive regular communications through my portal, so my monthly rate increased without notice which was frustrating.
However, Andrew at the Sandy location was extremely helpful in getting my lease terminated day-of once I needed!

The manager, Andrew, is so helpful! He helped me with a kind of nuanced situation with grace and tact. He also gave me a rundown of what to expect on my issue and what to do next if I still needed help. Great communication and just felt like he went above and beyond! Thanks Andrew!

My unit was broken into and robbed the response from management was horrible luckily i had bought there insurance they suggested which was even more horrible to deal with finally made them pay .they will be nice till you move in then they raise the price , very disappointing

As I have been a customer for over 2yrs, I have had Outstanding service from all staff every visit! I have referred 6 people to the Sandy site . I had 1 event and it was resolved immediately. My experience at Extra Space has been comforting. Thank you
