Extra Space Storage

The young lady at the counter was do nice and helpful the units are nice and clean, but the 10 x10 is not really a 10 x 10 it is more like a 10' wide and only about 9' deep and the clings are low, so not as much space as they advertise.

The staff at the West Valley Location is over the top helpful which makes all the difference. I needed to make a few changes to my reservation and add on an extra unit and Byron went over and above to help me out. Thank you in advance.

Byron is always so friendly and willing to help in anyway he can.

I canceled my rental and they continued to harass me for 2 weeks afterward for payment. They also continued to increase my monthly rate every few months. It was way overpriced considering the storage unit across from me exploded and destroyed a lot of other people's property. Not a safe place, not worth the money.
