Extra Space Storage

The staff is always pleasant. If they say they will call you back , they do that day not days or weeks later. That's a plus . Property is clean,looks good, and it feels good to be there

For most part my storage was the right size. But when we looked at it all ready to put my goods in it we had to clean up human feeceas and urine.i was not happy. When I went back the next day. I see they had cleaned up again. Then 2 month later I was sen a letter stating now that my move in special was over my rent would go up. Never in speaking to anyone was I told it was a move in special unless it was in tiny tiny print. Also the top of the roof is all showing so I'm sure when we get a good rain or storm it will leak. Sorry for the bad news. I will go look before I rent again.

Loyalty brings you nothing. Every year my price of storage shed goes up. I’ve called around and the price you pay when you get your storage shed is locked in at that rate for as long as you have your storage shed. So I moved out. Cause why continue to pay higher costs every year where I can lock in a better price at another storage shed. The prices have gotten worse since Extra Space took over and bought the last owners out. Terrible customer service the day your late they sure as hell lock you out of your shed but in no rush to take that lock off. I paid my bill and the next months bill and went to get into it 2 weeks later and was still locked out of it. Then wanted to charge me an after hours fee for them to come unlock something that should have been unlocked 2 weeks ago. Steer clear of this place.
