Awesome employees and quick to help with any issues. Highly recommend if you need storage.

This is a great storage facility! I have been this location for twenty years and many management company’s that have the property. I have mostly dealt with the same people over the years and they have treated me well and let me know what was going on with my units. They call when I leave a lock unsecured and helped open locks with lost keys. Lately there has been many security upgrades and an on-site office fully staffed six days a week. The biggest improvement is the two ladies in the office. They know what they are doing. Very professional and kind. I went in to the office to ask a simple question that they answered then they reviewed my account and made sure it was up to date and correct. The office staff get 10 stars!

Jodi was amazing and so helpful in a hard situation. She was very patient with us as we navigated cleaning out my mom’s belongings after she passed suddenly. Thank you Jodi.

Blake got me all set up. Quick and painless, very professional, and he explained all the details very well. Storage unit clean upon arrival.

Update:

Initially this seemed like a great property, but three months later, I just received a notice that my rate will go from $83/month to $163/month. Extremely dishonest. I'll be cancelling and moving somewhere else.

Update #2:

I went in to tell them I was going to be moving out, and I was told that sometimes marketing messes up and that I should always contact them when I get a letter telling me they're doubling my rent. They made an adjustment and only raised my rent $11/month.

I prefer the companies who don't play games with their customers. The property is clean, but with these current events, I can't give them any more than 3 stars.
