Review:
I was very pleased with Stacy Vance's help through this process. My original contact w/Alex at the call center was not. Initial phone contact had a dog barking in background; I had to keep saying 'hello' with no response for 10 to 15 seconds. Finally answered by Alex. Promised a confirmation email which was not received either in my inbox or in spam.
