Extra Space Storage

I have been with Extra Space for quite a while now, and they have always taken good care of me. They are always so helpful when I have any questions, and very easy to deal with.

Switch and bait on monthly rent! When we first rent the unit it was $114 in May 2024. In August the rent increase to $156.74 a 50 percent increase. Now in February 2025 they increase to $206.15 almost double! We gave notice and moved out. The attitude of management was take it or move out! They will not sign a lease it's all month to month! Just not right that they can raise the rent like this?

Keri, the leasing agent, was very helpful. The property is clean, spacious, secure, and reasonably priced.
