Extra Space Storage

The people who I have talked to on the phone have all been very nice. It is unfortunate that they work for a crooked company that raises prices every 4-6 months by 50%!

I got a unit in 2024 and two months later got a notice that the price was going to increase by 50%. I called and got them to lower the rate increase. Now, 4 months later they are again trying to raise my rate by 55%! I called and told them I’m moving to a different storage company. They are trying to raise my price 93% from what I agreed to 10 months earlier!

The rate increase notices are small and easy to miss in the mail so BEWARE! They make it easy to not realize you are paying way more than you originally planned.

Great place to do business with. The unit was clean and accessible. Entry was easy and the hours were great. Site was very well-maintained and managed. Communication was excellent. I will definitely use Extra Space again when the need arises. Thank you!
