Extra Space Storage

Me and my fiancé have an indoor storage unit. It’s really nice inside however the only way to access it now with construction as far as we can tell is you have to walk through the construction site and we were not given any kind of heads up that that was going to be happening. The staff was super friendly when we saw them it’s just annoying that no one told us that it would be hard to access our unit.

I'm writing this review in tremendous faith and acknowledging Jake's work ethic. He has been utmost professional in every sense and very knowledgeable in helping with my every needs. He's a great person with a great character! Every job site needs a project manager as Jake! Professionally and goes above and beyond to meeting the clients needs and wants. I'd highly recommend!

They are doing some construction right now which made it a little hard to know where my unit was but I went inside the office and they helped me right away and very friendly atmosphere. Nice units

Jake was helpful and professional. We were having trouble with my card online and he got it all fixed, got my storage unit:)
