Ruben was very helpful and professional, and the facility is clean and easy to navigate.

I want to share my story. I picked this place because a moving company said it was highly rated. So I called the 1800 number and booked my unit. A set price was offered of a little over 100.00. About 124.00 per month. Six months later, that increased another 50.00. By another six months, they were asking double the price. I talked them down to 197.00 per month. They made a discount to give me a break as they say. I asked, ' Why?'
'We change our prices as we please. We mail the change to your listed address one month prior.'

With their changes, don't make a budget because you don't know what they will charge you.

I struggled because after that set back, mechanics started ripping my car apart. Thousands went into it. All of that postponed my move out date.

When I finally set a move out date and spoke with the manager over the phone, he murmured, 'You are not moving out!'

WEIRD! What is wrong is not the question. Getting away from thst place is the answer.

Then I had more problems with my car. I got over those problems, and he calls me on the phone asking for the past due amount. He threatens me by saying, 'We can auction your belongings after 36 days of overdue payment.'

'36!'

'THAT IS CORRECT. 36.'
'OK. OK. WHAT DO I OWE YOU?' I just got over paying all of the car expenses plus my bills.

'584+ dollars.'
'I am only one month late.'
'The system wants you to pay your current bill in full too.'
'I'm moving out. Tell me what to pay in order to move out on the 20th.'
'262.+ dollars.' This for 1 month and a few days.'OK. Ready for the card info?'
He says as if the victor,'Sure. Start with the credit card numbers.'
We go through the entire process for him to submit the payment on the 16th so that I can move out on a Holiday without being restricted. It's MLK Jr Day.

And guess what? He DID NOT submit the payment. I am LOCK OUT from getting my personal belongings. My only hope is to get the national number to assist me, and I have to wait until 4 am. If they are open today, the 20th, I can gain access to my unit without paying more than I owe them.

What is wrong with them and the way they treat certain people is no longer a question. Too much weird I don't want to argue with or even talk to. I just want them to correct what they did wrong, get my things away from their care, and move on with my life.

And I pray I dont run into others who are a darkness only Satan would promote. THEY DO NOT OWN ME! Too much bad luck when doing business with them. I pray I leave this kind of darkness and do not encounter it in my life after knowing them. TO BE HONEST, I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER BECAUSE OF HOW I WAS TREATED IN THAT CITY.
IS THERE ANYWHERE FOR CHRISTIANS TO LIVE WITHOUT FEEDING THEM AS TO WHY THEY RETAIN PEOPLE FOR NO GOOD REASON? I PRAY TO GOD FOR A REAL GOOD PLACE TO LIVE IF NOT IN THIS WORLD, IN THE NEXT TO COME. AMEN

P.S. I agree with the Bait and Switch response from another patron. I felt betrayed when my bank deductions revealed their plot of extortion rating. I also agree that there are homeless people living there, and at times, I didn't feel safe alone with them walking around. It was like a zombie thing, so I waited for the office to be open when going in most of the time. A patron who reviewed, Ang, took a picture of him. HE LIVES THERE! HE IS THE ONE I SAW WALKING AROUND TOO. HE LOOKED LIKE A GHOST. IT WAS SO SCARY. Why tell them what they already know? It won't help.

Ruben was amazing! Got me a storage unit quickly, he was efficient. Definitely recommend this place :)
