Extra Space Storage

I moved to a smaller place and needed to put quite a bit in storage. This unit was climate controlled, easy to access, the staff was easy to reach and communicate with. I had also never used a storage unit before so I was worried when I removed my belongings there would be mouse droppings or bugs, etc., in my stuff but to my very happy surprise everything was just as I had left it. I would use Extra Space Storage again if needed.

I was not happy with my experience with this company. I was given a price of around $50 to move in this unit and told by the sales person on the phone that if I had direct debit, that my rate would not increase. They raised me 3 TIMES in less than a year and I finally gave my notice. They took me from $50 to $198. That did it for me and forced me to move my items to my garage. Beware of this scam as they do NOT tell you the truth and WILL raise your rates because THEY CAN! Read the fine print before you sign anything and move all your items to your storage unit. I will never rent here again. The local office was great, but they do not control the pricing and cannnot do anything about it.

Employees are very friendly & had everything ready for our rental space. The space was extremely clean & we appreciated the dolly available to move things into the unit.
