Beware of this company. You can be in total contact with them and have arrangements made and agreed upon, only to go and finalize said agreement to find out they have auctioned your belongings.
I don't see the old company doing that. Lifestorage was all about the customer.
Extra Space is totally about that all mighty Dollar. They could care less about the customer or how raising costs by sometimes double affects people. And of they don't plan on honoring arrangements then don't agree to them. And if the auction site States that important documents and such will be returned to customer then they should be doing that. Auctioned my unit and got no important documents back at all!! And I lost my deceased father in laws army photos, and my now deceased fiancé's photos! This company dies not care about anyone but themselves!
