Clean, safe, modern and friendly staff.

The mechanics of the warehouse are perfect, the entry, hours, price, parking, elevator, atmosphere, staff response to clients.
I don’t care for the business model of storage businesses of tweaking prices according to occupancy. However I found when mitigating price increases that the company will work with the client to keep them from leaving if at all possible. This was refreshing.
