Review:
They suck you to pay in advance for three months at a very decent rate of $83. And then they raise you $61 after the original three months is over. So now you have to find a way when you live out of state to either pay the extra $61 or try and find another facility and have to do this every three months.

I like Extra Space Storage a lot. Temperature controlled facility, good hours of operation, easy to access my unit, super nice people managing the location, very clean, rest rooms and more. To my delight, I recently noticed that one of the funds I invest in holds Extra Space Storage stock. Great company! Emily was a delight to work with, too. She communicated well and kept her promises about calling me back.
