Melissa was very helpful with my questions about my bill and she called me back just as she had promised and fixed the issue right away. Great customer service!

So far so good, but will have to wait 4 months after the promotion rate will probably end and the rates are raised. I was paying three times this rate at Cube-smart for the smallest unit 5x5. Beware the move-in charges and a cylinder lock which iare extra charges

Staff is very nice, helpful, and very welcoming. Mellisa helped me and my family. Everything is very clean. I love how they also have carts for you to use as well!!
