Melissa was awesome! The Extra Space app said I needed to call the store when I did I got hold of Melissa who said I needed to verify my identity it was already 5:53pm they close at 6 I live close by and she said she would wait for 5 mins past 6 and because she did I made it!! She was so helpful and nice. I've had other units elsewhere in the past and I've never gotten the vibe I got from her. She has no idea how much her waiting just 5 extra mins made my life easier.I highly recommend going to Extra Space on Ruthrauff Rd and I hope you get Melissa.
